My password isn't working. What should I do?

As you may know, we recently transitioned to a new cart. For security we could not transfer the passwords to the new system. To reset your password at any time, click the Forgot Your Password? link on the login form. 

If you still have trouble logging in or do not receive a new password by email within approximately 30 minutes, please contact customer service and we will reset your password manually and make sure you can access your account. 

With what metal do you make your jewelry?

Each item has the main metal listed in the name in brackets like this {Stainless Steel}. You can also read the item description for all the details.

Can I purchase additional charms for an item I already have?

Yes, you can. Please contact us so that we can help you find exactly what you need.

Do prices change and will the same items always be available?

Prices and availability are subject to change, especially during special events. Please remember our jewelry is personalized and made with love. We carefully select our supplies each season and often release new items. We do also sometimes discontinue older items, especially if the parts are no longer available. 

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments processed securely by PayPal, but customers are not required to have a PayPal account.

How do Reward Points work?

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for items delivered in Kentucky.

Note : Delivery times are approximate. We can not control any delays that may be caused by the postal system.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders ship in the order they were received. Prior to placing your order please review our turnaround time page to find out when you can expect your item to ship. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. We ship USPS Priority Shipping within the United States. Please allow extra time during holiday seasons.

Can you rush my order?

If you need your package quicker you can upgrade to RUSH Production and / or express delivery during checkout.

Do you send tracking numbers?

Yes. It's important to provide us with an accurate email address when placing your order so we can send you your tracking number for your shipment.

I already placed an order. Can I change my shipping address?

No, once an order is placed we cannot change the address. Please check your address very carefully before placing your order.

If we receive a shipment back due to an incorrect address entered by you, you will be charged for the cost to re-ship the package. If there is a charge by the carrier to return the package to us, you will also be charged for the cost of the return. If you choose to cancel the order for non-delivery due to an incorrect address entered by you, you agree that the charge for original shipping and return costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount. If a package is returned due to an error on our part, we will reship the package at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns?

Our items are made to order and many of them are personalized so for this reason all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please notify us within 3 days of receiving it. If it is an error on our part we will gladly fix it and ship the corrected item out to you as quickly as we can. We cannot be held responsible for errors on your part.

We provide descriptions of all of our items so that you are given as much information as possible prior to you ordering.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical location. We are an online boutique only.
