Our items are made to order, with many of them personalized so this reason, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items.

We provide descriptions of all of our items so that you are given as much information as possible prior to your ordering.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is an error on our part, please e-mail a photo of the item; we will work with you and make things right. We cannot be held responsible for errors on your part.
